Seymour Sleep – Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Seymour Sleep. We aim to provide high-quality coaching services, workshops, and digital resources to help families achieve better sleep. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any services or products.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1. All purchases made through Seymour Sleep are subject to this Refund Policy.

1.2. By purchasing a coaching service, workshop, or digital product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.3. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.

2. Coaching Services and Consultations

2.1. Coaching fees are non-refundable once your booking has been confirmed and payment has been received.

2.2. In exceptional cases, you may request to reschedule your session or programme. Rescheduling is subject to the Coach’s availability and in accordance with the Coaching Rules and Guidelines.

2.3. Failure to attend scheduled sessions without the required notice will result in forfeiture of that session and no refund will be provided.

2.4. If Seymour Sleep must cancel a session or workshop, you will be offered the choice of:

  • An alternative date;

  • A credit towards future services; or

  • A full refund of the session or workshop fee.

3. Workshops

3.1 Cancellations & changes
If you need to cancel or change a workshop booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund, credit, or rebooking is not guaranteed and will be considered case-by-case at our discretion, taking into account (without limitation):

  • how much time remains until the workshop date,

  • whether we can reallocate your place,

  • venue or third-party costs already incurred, and

  • the reason for the request.

3.2 Rebooking
Where feasible, we may offer a rebooking to another date. This is subject to availability and may be subject to an administrative/rebooking fee, which we will confirm at the time. Any credit issued may have an expiry date, which will be stated in writing.

3.3 Non-attendance
If you do not attend a booked workshop and have not contacted us in advance, a refund or credit is unlikely, but please get in touch so we can review your situation.

3.4 Illness
If illness prevents you from attending, please let us know as soon as you reasonably can. We’ll consider options (such as rebooking or credit) at our discretion. We may request reasonable evidence.

4. Digital Products (E-books, Videos, Downloads)

4.1. All sales of digital products (including e-books, downloadable guides, and video materials) are final.

4.2. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, no refunds or cancellations can be offered once access has been granted, download links provided, or files viewed/downloaded.

4.3. This is in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which removes the right to cancel once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

4.4. If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [insert email] and we will ensure you receive the product correctly.

5. Refund Process

5.1. If a refund is approved in accordance with this policy, it will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days of confirmation.

5.2. Refunds will only be made to the person who made the original payment.

6. Cooling-Off Period

6.1. If you enter into an agreement for services online or by telephone, you have a 7-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law.

6.2. If you wish to begin coaching within the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the service has commenced.

6.3. Once coaching or access to materials has started, no refunds will be provided.
